On April 28, 2021, Facebook reported that it was experiencing a regression on the Facebook Insights API leading to increased delays and error responses to queries on Facebook ad campaigns.
As a result you may encounter performance issues with your Facebook campaigns in AdEspresso. Some of the errors that you may experience include:
- Inaccurate conversion metrics
- Issues with account connection
- Campaign publication failures
Facebook is currently working on platform improvements and estimates that the issues will be resolved by May 31, 2021 (with partial fixes applied in the meantime).
Until then, you may continue to see performance delays and errors while managing your Facebook campaigns in AdEspresso. If you are experiencing these issues, we recommend that you verify the status of your campaign directly in Facebook Ads Manager.
