What happens if the existing leads are already in my list?

This depends on the CRM. Usually Mail Marketing Systems ignore duplicates, if the email is already on your list, they just drop it and pass to the next record.

An Exception to this is ActiveCampaign as they do require leads to be sent only once: in this case we provide a check and send the lead only if not already in the list.
