View and print all the invoices concerning your subscription from your account's profile page.
Please note that it can take a few days for AdEspresso to generate an invoice, because they are generated only when a payment is settled, and this can depend on your bank's processing time.
If you don't see any invoices, it could be because the billing info in your profile is incomplete. Complete all the billing information fields (e.g., name, company, billing address) to ensure the system can generate invoices for you.
Note that subusers cannot access the account's invoices or billing information.
To view your invoices
- Click Settings on the main navigation bar.
- Click Your Invoices. A popup will display a list of all your payments.
- Click View/Print (eye icon) to see the details of an invoice.
- Click Print to print or download the invoice as a PDF.
