Add or remove ad accounts

AdEspresso main users can add additional Facebook ad accounts to AdEspresso, but sub-users cannot.

See this article when connecting to Facebook for the first time.

To add a new Facebook ad account

1. Click Settings on the main navigation bar.
2. Click the Facebook ad accounts tab.
3. Click Add New Facebook Ad Accounts. All ad accounts associated with the connected Facebook user will display on this page.

4. Check the box beside the ad account and then click Add.

If you aren't seeing the ad accounts you are looking for, try the following:

1. Log out of all your Facebook accounts.
2. Log out of AdEspresso. Click Logout in the top-right corner.
3. Log back in to AdEspresso, go back to the Facebook Ad Accounts page and retry to add the ad account.

Make sure to sign in with the Facebook credentials (business or personal) that has access to the specific ad account(s) you wish to add.

To remove an ad account

1. Click Settings on the main navigation bar.
2. Click the Facebook ad accounts tab.
3. Click Delete on the account you wish to delete.

The ad account and all associated data will be removed from AdEspresso, but this does not remove any data from Facebook. All your campaigns and Custom Audiences will still be available in Facebook Ads Manager.
